The construction of the individual villas is also quite advanced having completed several of these recently.

Given the site topography these have been designed in two main levels with a further lower ground floor to partly accommodate garage and ancillary accommodation.

Following on from the concept of the townhouses, these have also been designed in traditional Spanish architecture. In general these properties have an overall built area of 360.00m2.
