On a very steeply sloping South facing site the Scandinavian clients expressly wanted asimply designed villa of modest proportion.

The design

Presenting a single storey to the street and 3 storeys to the largely natural Southerly
garden, the building design developed within a geometric plan format with clean lines and contemporary internal features. It has 3 bedrooms and open plan living, dining, kitchen spaces.

The result

A unique and interesting villa of modern aspect, the residence has 676m2 built area and was completed in 2003.

Apart from the living spaces there is spacious ancillary accommodation, games room, study and storage rooms. The 2 guest bedrooms are in a separate living from the main building joined to same by a double garage.
